Ordering a new TT....what is the procedure?

So I'm looking at TT and found one I'm interested in only there are no dealers around me that stock it. I'd have to order it from the dealer.

What is the procedure here?
Do you have to put down a deposit? If so about how much?

Depends on the manufacturer and the dealer. They all have different requirements and incentives. Try to find a local dealer that does decent volume with the TT manufacturer of your choice in order to get the best deal. Then do the same thing at another dealer and see which one offers the best deal. It takes a little leg work, but if you like to save some money then its well worth it.

Get it in writing that you will get your deposit back if you don't take delivery of the trailer. If the dealer won't do that for you, then don't deposit any more money than you are willing to lose. Good luck.

Ordering a new TT....what is the procedure?

I would be very concerned about getting warranty support in that scenario.
