Ok Gang...

I need a hand here I've got my plumbing fire up yesterday for a test run and cracked open the valve on the shower I had water blowing out of the vacuum breaker on the top of the valve assemlby.

I uscrewed the hose and there is a little plastic disc that has a tab on it with a piece of rubber. Now the rubber was place in right for some reason. There is signs that someone been working on it too (tool marks)

So my question is does anyone know how to put the vacuum breaker back together the right way to keep the water from blowing all over?

Pictures would be nice...

I bought a new one for under $3.00 after it froze the one winter I forgot to drain the outside shower.

Just turn the rubber over. It really can only go in 2 or 4 ways,, If it is 4 then two of them are right.
