So, What have you done to customize your RV, or will do in the off season? I Know I am bored stiff!!!

I think I'll go through the cabinets and get rid of everything that we didn't need last summer...on second thought maybe I won't. Might not be alive to tell the rest of the story. 
I usually use the winter to do the maintenance items but did all that last spring so the things I would like to do this year; insulate the water pump so it won't be so noisy, replace the kitchen faucet with one of the higher styles so there's more room to get dishes under it. AND, a good cleaning. If I get that much done I'll be doing good.

I just bought some toys last week and need to install them befor the end of febuary when I go south. I got a Onan Marquis Platnum with energy command 30, Trailair air ride pin and Trailair centerpoint suspension. OH, and I am removing a rear axle and building a deck on my Volvo 610 RV puller. I have a 72" Peterbuilt sleeper I am mounting on the deck and converting it into a garage for me and my wifes Harleys. Yes it is keeping cabin fever away, but I would rather be camping

I'm waiting for Spring - its too cold to do much in the trailer!! But in the Spring - 1) install accumulator tank; 2) install rubber cushion under pump; 3) install "shocks" on the overhead doors in the slide; 4) create some storage dividers in the basement for misc. "stuff"; 5)drop all the tank covers and see what the manufacturer really put in there for insulation - and caulk the covers to keep water out; 6)install the magazine rack; 7) install roof vent covers; 8) do all the stuff I can't think of right now. You might have guessed that we have a new trailer, so there's a lot to do. We might even try actually using the darn thing next Spring!!!

I'm converting my bus.
Well, actually, I'm not, since it's been either pouring, freezing, or snowing every time I've had any real free time lately. I was hoping to have it roadworthy by now.
I want spring.

Just got back from two weeks out - - leaving in one week for some more. What "down" time. The only down time is maybe down in the keys for lobster. (OK, OK, I give up - - no more snow down the back, please)

Had a high of 64F this afternoon, tonight back down to 20F, and you're asking what I'm doing, don't know whether to get out the boots and battle the flood or wait til the morning and battle the snowstorm that's happening right now. What a nutty winter, todays temps knocked down a whole bunch of standing records for the 13th of Jan, doubled a lot of the old temps. As for what to do til spring comes, go ice fishing, shovel snow, winter stuff. Oh ya, not to forget Ken in Arizona, I'm opening up the big door right now and pointing a good whoopazz of cold air down your way, ha, ha.

and a little wobble-head hula dancer in the back window.
Does that count as customizing..?
