Picking a New (to me) TT

Getting ready to start looking for a bigger TT because my wife and I have decided to full time for 8 months while I finish my clinical rotations. It'll be the wife, 2yr old, and me at RV parks with full hook ups for 2months at 4 different places hopefully being S. Carolina, Georgia, Texas, and finally Arizona. Right now we have a 2005 zeppelin 242 has no slides and 2 bunks. I'm looking at a zeppelin 303 and keystone passport 280bh both have 1 slide and 2-4 bunks. Basically these trailers have the layout we want and the profile I want for towing since our current TT nets me 12-13mpg with my suburban. Just wondering if anyone knows of similar layouts, profiles, and dry weights of 5k or less.
Sorry I couldn't post pics of these TTs. The URLs were extremely long links.
