What are these called?
They are called rosettes. I have seen a large quanity of these at Home Depot for five something. I had a few cracked/broken ones and my RV dealer gave me what I needed. Maybe a local RV dealer would have some. Bring one with you. I have seen clear and white ones. Get a few spares while you are at it. Guess I get the prize for the correct name!!If you have any contractor conne ctions they are commonly used for decoration between panel seams.

I believe the clear plastic rosettes are also used to hold mirrors on walls. At least that's where I remember seeing them in HD stores -- next to where I bought bathroom mirror hardware.

I don't think I'd feel right asking for rosettes. Give me some of those plastic thingies, please.

I just had couple of these break at the Hershey RV show. They were holding a vanity mirror to the back of the passenger side sun visor. Essentially, they just disintegrated. Likely from all the UV exposure through the windshield. I checked all the vendors at the show and no one had them. Since I really didn't like the look of the daisies anyway, I used a hole saw to make round cutouts from a convenient source of plastic. I used the discs to replace them completely. Looks better IMHO.
I'll have the article up for the RV Newsletter next week, with pictures....you guys just beat me to it!

It is called a Washer. And that's what it does, it's a washer. Decrotative daisy washer.
But If you go to a home improvement store and tell them "Plastic daisy looking washer thingy" and they take you right to it.. Note the employee's name and next time you shop there (And you will shop there again) request!!! He knows his job.
True story: I went into a music store once and gave them a description of what I wanted that was way worse than "Plastic daisy looking washer thingy" and a man quickly proved that when it comes to classical music,, They know JACK (Goggin, that was his name, Jack Goggin). OH yes, found it on the first try he did too.
Phillip Green's St. Patrick Day's Mass if you want to knwo what it's called.
