Plumbing and roof leaks

Hi, I have 2002 sprinter by Keystone. I've been living in it since February and have had so many issues with plumbing. Most have been pretty simple to fix, valvue on the toilet, frequent tightening of water lines, but today's leak has me stumped. It's the bathroom sink. The cold water line was leaking and seemed to be worse with the water running. I tried to tighten the hot water line and it seems to be stripped. It's also leaking at the drain. Can the drain be replaced? The bath tub drain is snapped making it unusable. I wonder if a previous owner had attempted to replace the drain and that is how it snapped. Any suggestions on how to replace the drain? It looks like separate pieces, but looks like it may just be made to look like that.

I also realized a leak in the roof yesterday. I read about eternabond tape. Has anyone had experience Roth that?

If its just a seal thats leaking then use liquid rubber just paint it over the seams.
The sink waste fitting on my old camper were stand house old fitting which you can pickup from home depot. As for the water leak it sound like the tap needs to be replaced. which is a pain on some campers you may need to remove the sink to replace the tap and then reinstall.

Sounds like the trailer wasn't winterized with that many problems and for the roof for an 02 I'd stripe the lap sealant and redo all seems if the rubber roof isn't in good shape if look into coating it
