Does anyone have a portable air compressor that is actually powerful enough to air up tires to 80 lb. psi?

we have a 12 volt one that works...it just takes forever, so this nov we were at lowes looking for stuff and they had a stanley/bostich pancake compressor with a brad nailer, stapler and finish nail gun( which i needed) and the compressor for 199. so now i have a small compressor that fits in the basement and i use it to air up tires and its lite enough i can carry it around easily if needed to plug it in.

weighs about 30 lbs,

Look on Ebay and do a search for a Tsunami air compressor. Suppose to pump up a LT tire in under 7 minutes. Best of all it is 12volt

Mini air compressors fall into two categories. High volume/low pressure, and high pressure/low volume. What works to fill a tire, will take forever to fill a kids beach toy. What works well to fill a beach toy fast, wont fill a tire. You almost need one of each, or a large air tank that you fill and leave in the back of your truck. Very limited selection on the 12V variety I have found.
