Possible new rebuild

Looked at a 2002 25' alumalite with slide. There was a bad leak thats since been sealed. But the previous owner gutted half the floor. Like down to the frame. Ive found acrylic sheets and plywood to seal out the weather. Then reframe the floor and add insulation. Then new subfloor and tile. Its a pretty extensive project but they guys asking $1000. Sadly the awning was ripped off today. Hes gonna see if the insurance company will replace the awning. If so cool. If not im gonna offer $500. The roof, ceilings and walls are in great shape. He bought some 99% of the materials minus acrylic sheets and new tile. Also it comes with the weight distribution hitch!

Well, if you want a project, not a bad deal . . . if you're sure there's no more rot.

All the rots been removed. The hardest part is getting the underside water tight

I bet it didn't rot from water intrusion from below, but a plumbing leak or sidewall leak right at floor level.

Yes. Floor level front corner. Wall is still very strong with no swelling or rot
