Possible new rebuild
Looked at a 2002 25' alumalite with slide. There was a bad leak thats since been sealed. But the previous owner gutted half the floor. Like down to the frame. Ive found acrylic sheets and plywood to seal out the weather. Then reframe the floor and add insulation. Then new subfloor and tile. Its a pretty extensive project but they guys asking $1000. Sadly the awning was ripped off today. Hes gonna see if the insurance company will replace the awning. If so cool. If not im gonna offer $500. The roof, ceilings and walls are in great shape. He bought some 99% of the materials minus acrylic sheets and new tile. Also it comes with the weight distribution hitch!
