It was a mess when I bought it. I removed just about everything from the interior, cabinets/couches/ beds/ etc. I replaced a few sections of the subfloor, and installed antique heart pine engineered flooring, repainted the interior/trim/cabinets/shower and bathroom fiberglass assemblies. Replaced the formica countertop with Travertine, replaced the microwave (with a sharp microwave drawer), replumbed a good portion of the supply lines, reworked a portion of the electrical system.
On the exterior, I had to completely strip the clearcoat, then polish. all of the exterior lights were replaced and ll of the windows, panels seams and openings were recaulked with Vulkem. New tires, propane tanks, batteries, bearings, and reworked the brakes. I am sure there is more....
Wow... that seems like a lot of work now that I am listing it out
. It has been a fun project so far.... and still going. Its the gift that keeps taking! haha!
