Listen... initially, that's what we were looking for. A kind of "fixer upper". I told my wife let's spend 2k-2500. "I'll just remodel the whole thing! As we looked the lack of vision from my wife, kept driving our budget higher. Then next thing you know, we're not looking for a fixer upper... and then we had to have every extra there was! lol I'm glad to see it looking good. When you get the inside cleaned up, let's have a look. Good buy.

We actually bought this in Feb of last year. Just getting around to posting the photo. We had a blast in it last year and I'm itching to get out there again. If this blasted weather would just cooperate.
