Don't have a clue if I did the pics right or not but we traded our 2007 Capri micro for this 2013 19' koala and love it. Weighs a little less and has all the wife's requirements plus all of mine. The dealer said it was used but when we did the walk thru the guy asked if it was new because everything looked liked it was never used at all plus the awning had never been rolled out as far as he could tell.

End of the Year for us
Going to park it for a couple of months, but what a way to end the 2014 camping season!
In case that doesn't show up, as I'm suspecting it won't, I have this attached

We towed our bright yellow Winnebago Minnie 1805 with our Toyota Tacoma from Victoria BC to the Yukon and back this summer - 10710km! A great trip, five weeks, mostly off grid. I replaced all the 12V lights in the trailer with LEDs, so we can go three days before our double 6V batteries get too low. I have solar panels but we never stayed in one place long enough to have to use them! We mostly travelled every day or every other day. Buttercup works well for us. Lots or room, and with the drawers I put under the dinette benches, we don't even use all of the space we have. We like the size of the truck, but while it is fine on the flat, it works on the hills. Gas consumption is not great unloaded, but with the trailer, it is almost half. If I put my foot down, the Taco will do the job, but the rpms go up. We travel mostly around 2000rpm and 80-90kph. We don't let the rpm get above 3500, and just slow down on hills. In the north, we had almost no traffic..YAY! Having 4x4 came in handy on some of the back roads we travelled on. A piece of advice...our trailers are not intended for gravel roads. Lots of wires and exposed pipes underneath that take a beating on gravel. We had brake problems that turned out to be related to the unprotected wiring to the trailer brakes.

Yes, a wonderful time. The Stewart-Cassiar highway (# 37) is very scenic and has many provincial campsites that are well laid out. For those of us that like wilderness and boondocking, it is our kind of road. Many things to see along the way. The scenery almost everywhere in Yukon is stunning...large expansive views everywhere and miles and miles of open road with very little traffic. The North has lots of interesting history. What now is wilderness was in many places the site of cities of 25,000 people, running water and electric lights around 1900! That was even before many large cities down south were sewered or electrified. The stories of the depredations the people of the gold rush suffered are incredible. Also, the story of building both the Alaska Highway and CANOL. Pipeline are interesting. Both were built mostly by black Units of the US army (blacks weren't trusted with guns at the beginning of the war) and with contractors that hired a lot of Canadians. My Dad was a surveyor on the CANOL, so of course we had to drive at least part of that road.
To get onto the North CANOL, from Ross River to the NWT border, you have to cross the Pelly River on a ferry. There is a big sign that says something to the effect that 'we will get you over, but we might not get you back! You cross the river at your own risk and might get marooned if the ferry breaks down, the cable breaks, the river is too rough, or there is floating debris that would make crossing dangerous, or, or... OK we get the picture. We went south...but THAT was exciting too. The trees were often brushing my mirrors on both sides, crossing the Pelly River on an old WWII era 'Bailey Bridge' meant going down a very steep side hill on a one lane dirt gravel road (if some one comes from the other way, we are in trouble...). We went slowly and tried to swerve around the biggest potholes. However, this is mountain country and gorgeous. Well worth the trip- for truck/campers or small trailers. I would NOT recommend this road for 20ft or longer!
We will go north again, and hopefully go slower. We discovered we have a bad case of 'let's see hats over THAT hill'. I think it is related to 'let's explore THIS road'. I would like to spend more time in front of my easel or beside a stream with a rod, or just beside a quiet fire.
The only really annoying thing we encountered were [rant warning!!!] people with very loud generators running constantly -so sitting by a quiet fire, wasn't! We went to Yukon for peace and quiet and were running only DC for three days off two 6 volt batteries, and using a solar charger. We don't use curling irons, TV, computers, coffee makers and other AC gadgets. However I must say that the guys pulling large trailers or driving large bus type RVs weren't 'camping' in the same sense as we were...and we weren't camping in the same sense as the younger folks with ten trailers, or tents! To each his own I guess.

You should have taken more pictures and posted them on Photo Bucket or someplace like that. I would love to see them.

Dead Horse Point State Park, UTAH
This is one of the the most amazing place we've camped, and it has easy access to Arches, Canyonlands, and all of Moab. Electric but no water, so arrive with tank full.
