Procrastination? What am I forgetting?

Getting ready to hit the road for a few weeks and seem to be procrastinating on leaving. Want to go but holding back. Trying to remember everything and a nagging worry- What am I forgetting?

DW,Credit Card, Cell phone, toad , keys , hit the road.
I'll post more tomorrow if you haven't gone by then.

BTW. The way my DW loads the coach, I just walk through the house, if there's nothing left but the light fixtures I can leave.

A roll or two of TP, soap and a flashlight (with batteries). The rest is waiting at Walmart.

My wife has always said that it is not an OFFICIAL camping trip unless at least one item was left at home. So be careful, you could be risking your "official" status. LOL

you might find a store or two when you arrive, make sure cocktail ingredients and your DW are on board, then leave!

After a year of F/T, I unloaded about 150 lbs of stuff we ever used.

I found myself tent camping (in my younger days) and getting breakfast for the herd, a dozen eggs in the pan but can't find the spatula, left it at home !!
I found you can't turn eggs with a hunting knife.

Threw caution to the wind and pulled up stakes and we hit the road. If I find something missing? Tough, we'll deal with it. 1000 miles and the only thing wrong was one of the RV parks. A real dump that we got a refund on and left in 20 mins.

We have been wintering in FL for the last 3 winters. If I have anything in the coach that has not been used during that time, I take it out and leave it at home. In fact, I think I may revise that to in the last 6 months (winter).

Did you turn the water off at the S&B?

How about your Passports?

Sure hope you didn't forget the pets?

Enjoy the journey, it's not the destinations but the adventure of no plans or reservations, just the beautiful country side to watch slowly as it passes out your windows.

Safe travels,

Dr4Film ----- Richard

S&B was shut down and the alarm was set too!
Pets??? Ain't got no stinkin pets :-) :-)
After a career watching the earth go by under me at 600 mph I now do 60 MPH and watch everyone pass me with narry a care. They can do whatever speed they want and I'll do 60. Some do stupid things passing but I'm ready.
