Hi I'm new to the forum, but have spent 18 summers in a 25'Coachman TT.
I can't say enough about HyTech Ceramic roof paint! We put it on our roof (aluminum) three years ago and IMMEDIATELY felt the difference. The trailer was at least 5 degrees F cooler. It was quieter in the rain too.

I have written to the manufacturer to see if it is OK to use on a TPO/vinyl roof.

Meantime, the 2003 Sandpiper we now have smells like mildew and ceiling paint has bubbles. Roof inspection reveals rotten rafters and plywood, I almost came through and could hear the wood cracking. The seals look ok in the area, which is near the AC, but the AC condensation is running into the gutter. Not now since there is a depression where I nearly went through.

Anyone have recommendations for mold/mildew/ rot remediation.

Thanks,
Juanita
