I have run with mine on since I started camping back in the 70's, truck campers, class A's and 5th wheels.
Having said this, a couple things that you must be aware of, tunnels( there are some tunnels that want you to shut off propane tanks before entering) and second is shut off the fridge before entering the gas pumps to fill up, even if you have a diesel. Remember that there are gasoline fumes in the air from others, that is why I said before entering the area of the pumps.
