Quality brand for full-time living

So after even more research we're beginning to realize not all travel trailers are not built to suit our need of a full-time home for 1-2 years . From what I've read Arctic Fox seems to have a lot of good reviews but they are simply out of our price range. We've heard good things about Jayco and we really like the Jay flights, specifically the 26BH. Our budget is around 13k and are looking to buy used (<5 years old). Would love to hear any advice of other brands that would handle the strain of full-time living

We have a 2000 sunnybrook 33 fks, We are not full timers but stay a month and a half a year, plus all summer. It's a well built trailer have never had a problem. We have stayed in the cold and had no problem "snug as a bug in a rug"

Arctic Fox is made by Northwood Manufacturing in La Grande, OR. They also make Nash, Outdoors RV, Snow River, Desert Fox, etc.

I cannot locate any Northwood products near NC. Truck campers but not new TT's. Very unlikely you would find a used one you like since it is so difficult to buy a new one around here. Looks like Texas is the closet dealer for an Arctic Fox. So I agree they are worth a good look, you'll probably need to scratch them off the list.
