R-Vision Trail-Lite travel trailer review

In the link above, lots of comments from R-Vision owners. A few love them, a few hate them, and nobody can find an Owner's Manual.

TT Owner's Manuals usually contain nothing more than the warranty info. The GVWR and GAWR specs are on the sticker on the front of the trailer - perhaps on the hitch. The Owner's Manuals for the appliances, AC, furnace, axles, tires, water pump, and fixtures such as the pottie are all seperate from the trailer manual. On my 2012 Skyline Nomad TT, the Owner's manual is one page, and the other manuals are a few dozen pages. So don't worry about not having an Owner's manual for the TT. For example, if you have a problem with your Suburban furnace, go to the Suburban website to get info about the furnace.

Grumpy ole man with over 50 years towing experience. Now my heaviest trailer is a 7,000-pound enclosed cargo trailer, RV is a 5,600 pound Skyline Nomad Joey 196S, and my tow vehicle is a 2012 F-150 3.5L EcoBoost SuperCrew.

I had a 2005 R-Vision so you should inspect a few things before you buy. Check the AC vents and you will see they are just cut into the stryofoam roof insulation. That is very noisey but if your OK with that then check out every hinge on cabinet doors or drawers to see if they are screwed in straight. If not they will vibrate loose and fall off. Next check closely around windows and doors on the outside for delamination or large or growing bubbles in the side wall. Next check all chaulking for cracks and finally check the roof. It is rubber and will be chaulky and then check the caulking around every vent or opening in the roof. If you smell mold on the inside, walk away and don't make an offer. If these things check out then make sure you get a low price. JMO
