FR states it has a walkable roof, but at my age and weight , i'm not going up there unless i REALLY need to. Cancelling the ladder idea. Just thought it might be nice in an getting up there in an emergency,

My trailer has a ladder and I started out going up there very frequently. If you used eternabond tape on everything including the roof seems, should only need to get up there once or twice a year.
