Replace my fresh water tank

My wife has a very sensitive taste and nose and after 3 days or so she says our fresh water smells bad? I have bleached the tar out of the tank many times... So, I'm going to replace the tank myself. Any suggestions? Oh, it's both hot and cold water.

If you have a gravity fill to the water tank, check that hose first. I have seen a real biology experiment growing in there. They can get so bad that the only fix is replacement.

Is this your first trailer? Any idea before that she was sensitive to smell and taste? My wife will not drink tank water, but no problem with showers and cooking. We carry bottled water for her to drink.
What about when hooked to hydrant supply--any odors/tastes? Or do you only use the tank and pump?

Years ago, we used a treatment called sweet water or something like that. It only took a few drops if I recall. Don't know what it was but it got rid of tank taste...

Only with tank and pump. The longer the water sits she says the order gets stronger. Shower smells according to her. I did have a fill hose go back and man when it goes bad the whole trailer smells. The problem with the fill hose is it is a ribbed hose. I might change it out again with a smooth hose.
