I've had the unfortunate luck of my first travel trailer being a melon. The complete floor was rotten. So I've taken it upon myself to replace the floor. My only question is what to put on the plywood on the bottom flooring on the outside. There was some sort of tarpons on it from the factory. I'm not sure if I should pressure treat it or what? Any input would be great thanks

You could use marine plywood for the new floor and coat the bottom with 2 part epoxy.
Marine or the more easily found weather resistant plywood used in home sheathing or roofs. Instead of the epoxy which is a great idea but expensive, consider pickup truck bed liner which is available at and Auto Zone or Advance parts places. That stuff is nearly indestructable.

Good advice so far. The only difference between regular exterior plywood and marine is that the inner plies have no voids in the marine. The same glue is used and the outer plies may look better as higher quality may be used for them but the construction is the same.
Walk away . The walls sit on the floor plywood just like in house construction. I have replaced 1/3 of the floor on a tent trailer by raising the sides and sliding the plywood under. I used pressure treated . I had to remove and build a new cabinet. For that I used cherry faced plywood .
Well it can be done,as anyone restoring an Airstream can tell you, it's not something I would wish on any one. Or slap a 1/2" plywood down and carpet over.
