Roof cleaning time

Can anyone tell me if there is a really good cleaner that will remove dirt, grime , tree sap etc.. ? I've found that everyone proclaims theirs is the best. Without wasting anymore money I thought I would check hereto see what everyone has had good luck with .

I'm in the process of cleaning and treating my rv roof now. I bought the Camco two part kit from Amazon. It was about $30. Yesterday evening, I got the roof cleaned. The cleaner took off most of the dirt. I'll have to go back this morning and spot treat some of the darker stains. Since I got a gallon of the cleaner and treatment, I probably have enough to do my TT about 3-4 times. This is the first time I've cleaned/treated the roof so I'm still learning.

Roof cleaning time

WHAT TYPE OF ROOF MATERIAL, TPO?? IF TPO JUST WASH IT WITH MURPHY'S OIL SOAP PER MFG. RECOMMENDATION. UNLESS YOU HAVE ROOF ISSUES NO NEED TO USE ANY SEALANT. JUST KEEPING SEALANT CO'S IN BUSINESS. WE HAVE TPO ROOF AND MURPHY'S OIL SOAP YRLY DOES THE TRICK...LOOK UP twolanelivin.com for roof article...my 2 cents

I wash my TPO roof with a mixture of hot water, Dawn and bleach about 3 or 4 times a year. It is over 15 years old, has never been under cover and looks about 95% of new.

Rubbing alcohol removes pine sap easily.

Regular wash and wax with a brush and simple green for the tougher spots.
