Roof resealing?

How often should an rv rubber roof be reseal. I was told to check the roof every 90 days. A dealer told me a roof should be reseal every year. What do you think.

Ehhhhhhhhhhh... NOPE.... I do not know that any of us hop up on the roof every 90 days. But we mostly wash the roof a couple times a year. Mild dish detergent, a tad of bleach, a soft brush on a handle and AJAX if you have a stain is great on a rubber roof. Do not use any petroleum based or Citrix based cleaners. There are some UV sealers that we are using to keep the sun from affecting the roof but our roof material is good, tough and will normally last 20+ years.

I have never resealed.. I inspect every six months at the MINIMUM (I usually wind up on the roof more often than that) I just mop it down with Spic & Span, and inspect all the seams and give it a general "Once over".

Clean and treat every 6 months if hard sun exposure, every year if not.
Seal it when it's necessary.
