Roof type 1995 Jayco Eagle 302FK

I bought a 1995 Jayco Eagle 302FK last year. We have had some roof leaks and would like to coat the roof and apply some of the Eternabond.

I have two questions though that I can not find on Google:

1. What TYPE of roof is on the 1995 Jayco 302FK? I have googled for the specs but nothing comes up... its not metal, looks like rubber????

2. Does the Eternabond go on BEFORE or AFTER the roof coating?

Thanks in advance... I am new to this....

I attached a few pics for ya

It's likely to be a rubber roof. You can do the fingernail test press your FN on to the roof and it should leave a indention or you should feel some give, if I were doing the tape I would put it down first then finish with the coating some might do it another way but that my way I run it

If you're going to coat, you don't need any tape.
And, do you really need to coat the whole thing?
