Rubber roof inspection

Does anyone know what a fair price would be for a roof inspection on my 2004 Cougar it looks ok to me however I am to old to get on top of it and don't know exactly what to look for anyway from Chattanooga tn and thanks for any reply's.

Generally, you can get someone to come out and do a pre-purchase inspection. I guess you could get a "just a roof" inspection - it should take less than 15 minutes, a little less if you have a "walk-on" roof. Cost will probably more about getting someone to come out..

Alternately meet at a dealer and ask for a courtesy inspection.

If the roof hasn't been cleaned or re-caulked in the last 12 months, expect it to need some work.
