On an EPDM roof membrane you can use any mild detergent that does not contain citrix or petroleum grease cutters and amazingly COMET with bleach. I buy a EL Cheapo dishwashing soap (SUN) and my comet.....I take the car wash brush and hose up on the roof and go to town. Takes me about 25 min to do the roof and rinse it then I go back and do the tough spots again. The first washing every season has my roof repair kit up there too....Dicor lap seal...Eterna Bond tape and some Dicor roof membrane repair paint. Keeps things dry inside.

Just did my roof today. I used dicor spray cleaner and mothers car wash soap. Was fast and easy. Rinse roof spray on some of the dicor roof spray let stand for a min then wash with brush and car soap. Roof looks like brand new.

Then washed the rest of the trailer with meguires wash and wax soap. Shammy dry and all good.

Yep, conflict of interest. Dicor, before they began selling products for such use, highly recommended only Spic N Span.

X2 on Murphy's Oil Soap. Actually recommended by Newmar.
