We were warned away from Best rv and purchased our used rv from Manteca trailers. Bought the extended warranty (thank god). Have been in their shop several times and they do really good work and never had an issue with warranty issues. If you are anywhere near there stop in. Good people that do good work. And, no, I do not work for them

Thanks for your suggestion; we contacted Manteca Trailer but they would not honor our warranty since we did not purchase our trailer from them. Found Whitaker RV in Linden. Randy repaired our RV and submitted invoice to Monaco. They agreed to honored our warranty.

I went to Best RV with my daughter who was planning on buying a trailer two years ago.

Let me just say we weren't impressed with the sales department and she decided to buy elsewhere.

Looks like it was a good decision.
