Hey, everyone does anyone know about getting a database for RV GPS's?

I found this GPS

Trip Maker RVND7710, 7 Screen with Lifetime Maps Trip Maker RVND7710, 7 Screen with Lifetime Maps [221359] - - It's Free! : Stag-Parkway, RV Parts and Accessories

but I don't want to purchase a GPS if I don't have to, although this product looks very interesting, anyone have any experience with this or anything like it?

If you use the search function at the top of the page you'll find many threads on this GPS unit. I personally use a Garmin Nuvi with lifetime maps and traffic, it serves me well. I didn't see the need or extra expense of a dedicated RV GPS. I've seen enough errors on various GPS and online maps that I'd never fully rely on a GPS to preserve my rooftop accessories. (low clearance function) I try to plan where I'm going, study online and road atlas resources, then use the GPS for a reminder but have a PostIt note on dash with route #. I find trying to rely only on the GPS doesn't give me a good 'feel' for where I am in the big picture as I travel.

now since you said you didn't want to purchase a gps unit........I use the maps apps in my ultra book and they are {in my opinion} as good as the gps units...although some people need to be told what lane to be in and such...I don't need to be told those things...and the maps have many features to use like bridges ect...jeff

ps I will add that my ultra book Lenovo yoga the screen flips to operate like a tablet and has touch screen...
' Had a London Aire..350hp sparton chassis... with all the good stuff from the time.. Just traded for a 2007 Alfa gold!! ya and picked up yesterday 9-24-16
