Sagging floor

I have a 2014 Tracer 2760BHS travel trailer. About 18" in from the door opening the floor has a soft spot in it about 2' wide and 3' long. Have removed the under belly covering and exposed the floor, I don't see any water marks and the luan plywood seems to be in good shape. Anyone else experience this?

Sounds like some support is missing or it's pulled away from the outside. Hopefully you find an owner who can confirm.

Was it there when you bought it, or just developed? Have you reached out to Dutchman?

If you get no results here, there is a dutchmans owners forum at Dutchmen Owners

This has just developed in the last six months, the coach is made by Prime Time. Can't seem to figure out why it is only in this area.

it could be a sub floor separating from main floor, or just the plywood separated from the cross members
