Exclamation siding question

I have a 2010 23 ft fleetwood camper, when I walked to the back I, notest a line on both sides of the window in the middle running out to both ends of the camper. I felt them they feel flat. I was wondering what was going on, I don't think it before. I brought it new. We take good care it. there is no sign of damage inside or out. please he me.

No I think the ply wood under the siding has came apart.
