Slide Out adjustments--How often?

Just curious how many of you have ever had to have your slide outs adjusted, if so, why?

My last 5er ( owned it for 5 years ) probably never would have needed slide adjustment IF , I hadn't used aftermarket slide out supports.
After a heavy rain the unit sank slightly , tires and main landing gear about 3/4" , and the slide supports didn't sink at all .
So I warn anyone not to use slide supports unless the whole RV is on a solid slab.
Current coach , 14' slide is extended 350 days a year; no supports under slide; and we're in it for about 180 of those , after 7 years it's never needed adjustment.

My brother just got his 5th wheel back because of slide issues. Luckily only three of the five needed adjustment. The answer was that the support structure on the affected slides was weak and had shifted. The structure was not fixed and the slides were adjusted to the new structure position. There is no guarantee that the supports will not continue to move so he is not happy with the fix.
I have the feeling that he is finally going to take my advice and buy a New Horizon's 5th wheel. Their quality is superior and the only downside is that the new unit will cost him a little over 200K after normal discount. I always preached quality to him and the old unit is going away before it fails again. The only problem with this is that some unlucky sucker will be on the hook for poor construction on the normal RV.
