Slide room seals

Has anyone had to have slide room seals replaced on the Bullet Premier 19fbpr? The seal on the right (inside) is separating about 2 feet from the bottom of room. Trailer has been parked for over 2 years with cover. We're thinking way too soon for this to happen.

Do you think that your seals are made out of the best quality rubber available? There, you answered your own question. Cheap and inexpensive does not lead to long life in our trailers.

Slide room seals

That being true. I didn't expect in 3 years time. We purchased the 2013 Premier in May 2013. Used for one long trip Winter 2013/14. Parked for 2 1/2 years due to family illness. Had it checked at Camping World; they said dry rot.... really!!! dry rot???

Our's lasted 12 years on previous rig, but always kept them treated with the rubber seal foam made for the seals.
