Slideout won't work

I have a Trail-Lite 8271-S and can't get slide out to open. Battery is charge and also hooked up to shore power. Motor doesn't even moan when I hit the open switch. I have a crank handle but cannot find out where to insert it. Any ideas???

the manual crank for my slide is located between the steps on the opposite side of the trailer from the slide.

Found 12 volt system was working so thought all was ok with the battery. Checked wiring etc. Finally checked battery again, terminal re tightened and slide out worked. Another problem solved.
