Good morning! We are in the process of doing some repairs to the roof of our TT and have decided to replace the dinette with a sofa/futon (small TT and we rarely eat inside - just 2 of us) - we feel that the sofa better suits our lifestyle. We have the full width of the trailer for a sofa, but don't know where to start looking for a unit that will dissemble to go through the door. Any insight?? Would much prefer a regular sofa vs an RV model, but really just going for comfortable seating!

We used the armless components of a sectional couch. Had them special ordered with the material that we wanted.
Stood them on end and pivoted them in the door with no problem. Sure beats the junk that came with the coach.
I reconed my entire coach from rooms to go, love seat went in fine dining room table came in a box and then i had half the windshield pulled to get the sofa in..

We put a reclining love seat from our home office into our motorhome. Turn the sofa over, you'll see a set of bars holding each half together. Unscrew the bars and each half was easy to take thru the door, then reassemble once in your coach!!
