Soft Floors Resteration

I bought a 3/4 ton truck and have an opportunity to get a FREE 27 foot trailer.
Trouble is there are a few problems that I think I can either live with or fix myself.
The owner said there are a couple of soft spots in the floor ???
Can these be repaired or is this going to be a storage unit ????
I would like to clean it up (New tires and bearings) and travel for short fishing trips.

Don't pray for a blessing--Pray to be a blessing.

It can be repaired with either a lot of money, or a lot of time.
What kind of trailer is it? Some have sandwich style floors that are hard to repair, and some have regular joists and decking which is easy to replace.
