Storing bikes in trailer ?

So we have a 28ft, will tomorrow the unit itself is 28ft with a 14 foot
slideout.

So we have a very large head storage under the master bed.
Plus have some storage under the bunk bed. As the lower bed folds up.

We have the 2 adults and 2 teenagers and really enjoy biking.

I know folks purchase tire racks on the rear of the trailer. But I am not a big fan of those.

I can get one maybe 2 in the rear storage if I am lucky.

We are towing with a newer larger SUV so bike storage is not really a option there.

Any ideas on how others do this?

I saw a thread on someone who got those mounts that go in place of the wheels if you have removable wheels and mounted them on the bottom of the dinette booth storage covers.

He would put the table down flip the covers over and mount the bikes to the mounts. This of course would only work if you have a dinette and removable wheels on your bikes.

If space is important, you could get bicycles that fold in half. Folding bikes | Compact bicycles
You could put a bicycle rack on the roof top of the SUV. Roof Top Bike Racks at REI - FREE SHIPPING With $50 minimum purchase.

I saw the folding bikes which was a option for us.

I really wanted to avoid the suv rack if possible.

I was considering be posing using some sort of wood plate with the forks mounts.

Dang - which we had a dinette

I'm trying to figure out where to put ours other than the rear ladder - with the slides closed there's just not room.

just too much STUFF

hmmm, wonder if I could throw a blanket over the sofa and lean them against it ?!?!?
