Suburban WH SW6P

Everything works but I only get warm water. Setting is on Med and get warm water on High and Low. Would like to check the heating element but cant find it. It is not next to the anode rod hole. any suggestiion?

You have a gas furnace. There is no heating element. There should not be a hole there, there should be an anode rod in it. If there is a hole, there is no water in the tank to heat up.
