sw6de water heater lights for 5 secs then shuts off

hi,

i have a 2012 salem hemisphere 262rl trailer.Im having a prob with the hot water heater.It wont stay going.seems to me that is locking out or something and not opening the gas valve .Flame looks good..Could it be flame sensor?thermocouple or control board issues.When i go to light it it makes an attempt lights for a few seconds then goes out and then tries to light again 2 more times which is correct but wont stay lit..Any suggestions for me to try ???all help appreciated.thanks

Since it is covered by the warranty I would visit an RV sales that handles your brand and have them fix it. Tinkering with it yourself can void the warranty. This is something that should have been checked by the dealer just before you took possession. We are happy you joined us!
