Tail light wiring configuration. Baffled??

While attempting to transfer my license plate off of my former Class A to our new to us travel trailer the plate tab broke on one side while trying to make room to attach a nut to the fastener. Upon researching I realized the plate bracket is actually part of the taillight assembly and lens.

I bought a new Optronics RVST56P drivers side lens and went to install it but I can not figure out the wiring configuration. The trailer body has 3 Green, 3 White and 1 Red. The new light has a 1 Green, 1 Red, 1 Black and 2 White. The old light had 1 Green, 1 Black and 1 White.

That being said, naturally all the white wires go together, all the green go together, not sure where the red trailer wire was connected initially but assumed the red trailer and light wires go together. So the Black from the light goes to what? On the passenger side light there is a brown trailer wire that connects to the black light assembly wire. The drivers side has no brown wire, frankly I didn't pay attention to the wire assembly before I disconnected the old light.
Does the Black on the drivers side go with the Green, Red or White wires?

Thank You

So the ear on the T/T light broke. How many wires on the old light? Were all the wires from the T/T connected to the light?

Yes the tab that would hold one side of the license plate broke.

OEM light: has 1 Green 1 Black and 1 White
New light: 1 Green 1 Black 2 White and 1 Red

Trailer Frame: 3 Green, 3 White and 1 Red

So the 3 greens go with light green, 3 whites go with the 2 light whites, I assume red light and red trailer wire go together and where does the black go?

I would leave the black alone. If you can back the TV to trailer and connect the 7 prong plug. Turn on the head lamps and check plate light. Also check other tail light assy. Then go through rest of tail light operations.

Looking at the old taillight assembly it looked like the white wire was not connected to anything.

Have you plugged the TV to the TT?
