The KZ difference!

We just bought a KZ Spree TT (261RKS) and have had it for a whole 5 days. Camped with it on the weekend. We had a couple of things that needed looking at right away like defective electric tongue jack. Phoned the dealer on Monday and got an appt. to take it in the very next day. Got it back the same day with the issues resolved and a few other minor things done since we had it there anyway. They phone the factory and get immediate direction and approval on work. We are in awe! We bought a KZ product in part because of the outstanding dealer service and factory support that we read about. I can tell you it is for real....

With our old Forest River product, it would have taken weeks to months to get fixed. It would have been like: phone for an appt. - "we are really busy right now but can fit you in in 2 weeks". Take your unit in, only to be told they have to "wait for FR to approve the work", which takes another couple of weeks. And then, they tell you they have to "wait for FR to ship the parts". There goes another 2 weeks (if you are lucky). And the last straw is that when the parts arrive, they tell you that they have to schedule the work in along with all the other RVs in their shop. Not impressed (say no more). (worst experience - it took over a year to finally fix faulty brakes.)

For anyone looking at a new RV in addition to looking at units, we recommend that you research the quality of dealer and factory service as one of the most important considerations.
