Tow mirrors

I have a 2015 Toyota Tacoma with the tow package. What's lacking are towing mirrors.

What would be a recommendation for extending the view on each side?

I'm ordered these:
https://www.amazon.com/Fit-System-38...versal-Trailer

They give me a better view, but I'm open to any suggestions.

Thanks in advance for your help!

I use the CIPA add-on mirrors, they look better, don't use straps that can loosen if not checked frequently, and give a fine view down both sides of the trailer.

Toyota sells a PU for towing without mirrors? That is ridicules, not to mention stupid. Good luck and thanks for thinking about the rest of us on the road.

I use those exact mirrors on my Explorer. They work great. I've never had them loosen up and they are very stable (no shaking or vibrating).

I was at Amazon looking for Tow Mirrors for my 2013 Tacoma and saw some that looked more like OEM. Not clip-ons. Much higher price, but would be a full replacement for the existing set. Even work with existing mirror controls.

Did you look at those?

I second (or is it third?) the CIPA mirrors. I have them on my Sierra 1500. No vibration at all. There are wedges that slide in between the OEM mirror and the CIPA mirror. I have heard of people who loose them. I keep them in my center console and that is where they go the moment I remove them.

I've ordered the only mirrors recommended on the etrailer site.

https://www.etrailer.com/Custom-Towi...id=20154013173

I'll follow up after I receive them to let others with a similar situation how they work for me.

Thanks again to everyone! (except timetogo)

I use these. They dont shake and are molded to look OEM. Way better looking than the clip on ones, IMO.
