Monster99 - that sounds like that would be the least invasive fix. I have used endurobond roof repair tape with great succes. You could inject glue, roll and use a very small piece endurobond to seal the small hole. That would work...but geeez this is a new unit.

If this was a 6 or 7 year old unit that would be a great fix. But on a brand new unit not sure I would want endurobond on it...

I have been in a mobile home where the rubber roof would be noisy on a real windy day as it would 'flap' but not leak.

It might work but is problematic. When you glue the roof down you put the glue on and wait for it to flash. If you were to inject glue it might take a long while to cure.

Well after further discussion the dealer said they will not fix but replace both slide out roofs. I am very happy on the long list of things to fix and they fixed 80 percent so far. They promised to fix everything by delivery.
