Traditional or v-nose trailer question

We are looking at travel trailers and was wondering if anyone has any experience with the v-nose trailers. Do you really get better gas mileage with them and are they stable to tow? Do they sway more or less than the traditional TT?

I have a 2013 coachmen freedom express 302fkv v nose but it's my first TT my mileage is averaging about 9mpg with a 2010 f-250 5.4L gas engine. As for stability, I'm still getting tongue weight right and do have some sway at high speed but I think it's tongue weight not V. All in all I really don't think the V is better or worse with mpg or towability. I do like the front kitchen in ours.
