Trailer floor failure

Have a 2006 303 Zeppelin starting to have floor failure on the passengers side by the small front window. Also the floor feels funny in several other areas. I'm thinking I'm going to have to take up the flooring and see what is up with my trailer.Has anyone else had this problem? This should be real fun.

Thanks for the input

We had something similar in our PopUP. Here are pictures of the damage

Need to determine if the failure is due to water penetration (from whichever direction), or due to constant walking on the same parts of the floor which can make some materials (I call it chipboard) to gradually fall apart, especially if the floor frame is too widely spaced

what Tony said. Mine was a water issue. I bought it messed up as a project. The skylight had been damaged and never covered along with some other leaky spots. The people I bought it from put a new roof on and then lost his job so I continued the fun.

most damage too the floor is a water leak someplace.

If you plan to reinforce around things (not pulling up the cabinets, etc), here is how I did it:

How I reinforced floor from above
