Trailer value

I inherited a 2007 sunvalley roadrunner 21' it's only been used a hand full of time but left Unmaintained. Because it wasn't ever resealed it had two leaks, one damaged floor in main bedroom but has been fixed. The other was around the door and made a mushy spot about 4x8 inches right in front of the door (you usually step over it without noticing it). All leaks are sealed now. The awning is 1 yr old. Any ideas on the value?

I have the NADA RV Appraisal Guide for Jan - Apr 2011...yikes it is almost two years old. This older guide has the Trade-in for the various 21 foot models as M-210 LTD $5,560, M-211 as $5,830, M-212 as $5,290. I checked the 2006 models - seems depreciation is around $500 per year. Retail shows about $1,100 more than trade-in.

With the leaks subtract some, with lite use add some...

My best guess is $4,500 to $5,000.

For rot, you never know what else is rotted you can't see/feel. I'd say 4k, if that.

If I remember correctly, those NADA values are for the basic camper. You have to add for air conditioner, microwave, awning, aluminium wheels, etc. The actual value could be almost double the base value.

You have to see what options are included in the price already.
