Travel trailer roof help

Hello, i just purchased my first travel trailer. The previous owner supplied the coating for the roof. The roof does not look like it needs to be coated. It looks to me like all the vents, skylight and so on need to be sealed. The caulking is cracked. Whats the best way to do this. Any and all info would help

Dicor self leveling lap sealant is a great product.

Dicor Self-Leveling Lap Sealant - White - Dicor 501LSW-1 - Roof Maintenance & Repair - Camping World

If the old caulk is built up too much, softening with a heat gun and using a putty knife can remove excess. If it's not built up, the nice thing about Dicor is it can be applied over the old caulk. You can clean up with acetone.

What kind of roof is it? If it's an EDPM roof, (synthetic rubber) you should use a sealant compatible with it. When I did mine a year ago, I used a Dicor cleaner and sealant meant for an RV EDPM roof.

The Snow Roof coating is much cheaper and meant for mobile homes. RVs travel, shake, twist, and move going down the road. A mobile home mostly just sits, despite it's name.
