TT Carport/pole barn

What type of roof do you have your TT under? Polebarn, carport, canvas roof, etc... I want mine under roof. Debating a pole barn. Looking at getting a 31' keystone. So I am thinking 14'x14'x40' suggestions/comments welcomed.

I have a pole barn, carports let in too much weather, sun and dirt. Build one that is at least three times larger than what you think you will need.

At the last home we lived in a 30Wx45L pole barn with a 12 foot sliding door worked well at the time. I would opt for a 14' door now as our current 5er is over 13' tall. A note about size - a pole barn can have more use then storing your trailer and a few more feet really adds little cost. It also becomes the repository for all your outside equipment and 'stuff' you don't know what else to do with

I have a pole barn for my MH and it is 14' wide. I wish that I could have made it wider but was not able to do so because of space issues. I can fully extend all my slides but I don't have room to walk around them when they are extended and still be under the barn's cover. I think that the pole barns have a standard width of either 16' or 18' which is the same price as one that is 14' wide. At least it was that way from the company that I purchased mine from. If you can make it as wide as you are able.

Wish you would have told me that when I built mine.
