Majc;

I had this problem with a previous motorhome. Unplug the refrigerator and reset the GF. If it holds my guess it is in the refer. If it still trips the problem may be tied to another source. Most of my motorhomes would wire in other outlets on the same GF so if it tripped a couple other outlets would go off line as well. If after unplugging the refer and it trips again search for 1 or more outlets that don't have power. Unplug everything plugged into them. If you can get your GF to hold you can re-plug the loads you unplugged 1 at a time until you can find the problem. Good luck and post back on the solution to your problem.

GF won't trip back on & no power in kitchen.

All the outlets in the kitchen are dead too.Nothing was plugged in except the fridge. Fridge was plugged in when we tried to trip it back. Meter said line had no power. This happened once before and when we reset gf it worked..I need a electric diagram I think..I thank you, I will try this.

We have no idea which refr this is, but it still could be a bad refr circuit on the refr itself, and will have to be fixed. As stated unplug the fridge, then retry.

Smile GF/refrigerator problems

We unplugged the fridge and tripped the GF back, everything worked in the kitchen. If we plugged the frige back in it flipped the GF again. We have to get new fridge. Thank you all for your help.

:doh:

You don't "need" a new fridge, unless it's a residential style maybe, which you never told us.

Most likely the heating element is shot and you need a new one.
