TT with disc brakes

Anyone know of bumper pull TTs that have disc brakes as OEM? I know DBs may be added after market, not asking about that. Airstreams have drum brakes.

I can add that Disc Brakes are worth the money IMHO.. I can easily tell when I am towing a 5th wheel with disc brakes vs drum brakes.

Tuffer2,
Are your disc brakes add on, or OEM? If add on, what brand and would you recommend them, or would you get something else the second time around?

Sorry, my trailer has drum brakes but I was towing my friends trailer. They no longer have that trailer but again, their rig had disc brakes and I could tell. I know it had disc brakes because we had a tire blowout and took off the wheel.

Oh, I want to add this was an upscale 5th wheel and came with disc brakes as an option. If you look at upscale 5th eheels on the web you will see some eith a disc brake option. I think it lists the manufacturer of the disc brakes. I will try to find it but I think Columbus 5th wheels offer a disc brake option.

I did a disk brake swap on a boat trailer, but it was a surge actuator. I used Kodiak. Boat trailer guys do the swap all the time because after one season of launching in salt, drum brakes are just a rusty lump.

What type of shop or where would you go to have disc brakes put on a new AS 25?

I’m not sure I trust the nearest RV dealership to us to do the job since they have never done one. I have also been told this dealership will put you on a waiting list if you did not buy from them, which we did not.

I don't think any do. Worth it though if you do mountains and hot temps.

I live near Nashville, TN. There are a couple of places that manufacture utility trailers. I will try to locate a shop in this area that can install the electric over hydraulic disc brakes, I would prefer a shop with a certain level of experience so I may have to go outside the area.
