Ultra Fab model 4000

I recently bought an Ultra Fab 4000 tongue jack for my 32' Coachman Catalina. I installed it and it was fine. I drove from NJ to TN then had a problem. The jack will not operate in either direction, but the light comes on so I do have power. There is no noise or anything. I will appreciate any trouble shooting suggestions.

I just got off the phone with Ultra-Fab ordering a replacement motor for my Electric stabilizer. They were very patient with me while I explained what I needed and verifying what they are sending me.

That said, I am sure they would help you over the phone. I am PM'ing you their phone number.
