Something to think about?
In Ohio it has to be a motor vehicle.

I forgot to tell you the current BIG problem. Had a bulge in the wall just below and in front of the slide. They are replacing both walls with the new 2012 walls, so they say. With all the bitching I've been doing about how long it's taking it's hard to tell what I'll get. Yes, to me a "nontransferable" three year warranty doesn't mean much and I've told them so. If you stand behind your product what difference does who owns it make. Would you buy a car with a nontransferable warranty. Actually, when I bought mine they didn't even have an owners manual yet and now it is only available on line.

There are several sites on the internet where you can post complaints, some free and some a few bucks. Trailer Life has an action column that you might want to consider. Would think the BBB would be a waste of time.
Good luck

glad to see some chatter starting on this again... I almost forgot I was angry

I got the new roofmount AC ($2400 aftereverything) and it works great! 15K BTU coleman and you can hang meat in the camper now.

They gave me an estimate on the paint ($3000). Needless to say we will be waiting on that.

I have another issue now that the fridge wont cool on gas or battery. I have an extended warranty that should cover that.

Glad to hear I wasnt the only one with Earthbound issues. Well I shouldnt say Im glad to hear. Its just good to know that I didnt get the one lemon out of the bunch.

My next tweak will be to get this thing raised about 6-10 inches. Unless the pad I'm parked on is raised... I always have issues with black/gray drainage.

Actually, it is a lot more than $9K... more like $85K if you choose the dual paint exterior option. So, that little trailer that used to cost $39K
2011 Earthbound Golden Ridge, Danville PA - 98627451 - RVTraderonline.com is now going up in price +117% at a minimum. And, if you want any options, feel free to pony up to the bar boys, because for an additional 217%, you can have the TT of your dreams.

2012 @ $170K vs. 2011 @ $39K... what are they smokin'?

EB just removed the discussion capability from their FB page today. Looks like the heat is getting a little hot on the company and they don't like customers complaining about their product. Idiots! What could be a PR coup instead is a nightmare.

Just goes to show you it doesn't matter how much they touted the experience of the industry executives running EB, because when you don't care about customer service, your experience is worthless.

Wow.... I thought I paid a lot used ($24K)...but it was less than 6 months old when i bought it.

They must be crazy to price their camper in the league of "AIRSTREAM"...

FYI... I was un-friended on their FB page due to my questions/comments.

I remember when I read your post that I thought you were pretty prophetic.

The last time I looked, it's pretty hard for a zebra to change his stripes. Once a zebra, always a zebra.

Too funny! Of course friends are never to ask questions of each other. I'm shocked you didn't know that!

I just hope that the TT buying public that is considering this brand is able to see what is currently transpiring at the company. While it seems that the company is actively trying to remove all potentially negative commentary from the web, hopefully, forums like these will be found through internet searches, as the current EBRV Owner's Forum on Facebook is difficult to find, let alone follow.

Just make sure that earful you give is filled with sweet nothings. I promise you bringing up EB isn't going to get you anything that you would enjoy.

Just chalk it up to experience and be thankful that she provided the opportunity to learn.
