Waking up the neighbors

I have a furrion stereo system in my new TT and for the life of me I can't figure out how to turn sound off outside and still listen to tv and stereo inside. I have checked everything i know to check and can't find a button to silence the outside noise. My neighbors don't appreciate Die Hard movie sounds at two in the morning. Help!!

I am not familiar with your trailer, but there may be a switch on the main panel for outside speakers. It is also possible they did not install an on off switch for the outside speakers. If they didn't, you can find the wires and install one yourself. Or most car audio places can install one for you.

Maybe play with the fader control? Might control front and rear speakers. Outside speakers might be set for front or rear?

What's the Furrion model number? Never heard of a Furrion but a quick check of their web site found a model DV1100 which has 3 speaker zones built into the unit. The zones are A, B and C and are turned on/off with three buttons on the front of the unit.

Pair of side cutters would fix the problem.

I have a Furrion system also. There are buttons for speakers A, B, and C. On my RV, the "C" speakers are for the outside.

Wouldn't there be something about how to operate in the stereo system manual ?

If you can't figure it out with a search, your dealer should be able to help.

Otherwise cut the wires for your neighbors sake.

Go to Furrion.com, and download the manual for your model. Or just push the A, B, and C buttons.

as stated earlier the outside and inside speakers are usually connected to the fader function.

find that option and see if it controls the speakers as you need

^^ That's how my Pioneer is wired.

It was mentioned on an insert card that came with my manual.

My new Denali came with a Furion audio system. The speaker controls are the top left of the control panel. The 2nd button from the left should handle the outside speakers. Should...
